Celebrating Women in Packaging: A Night of Inspiration and Recognition

Hosted at the iconic Hilton London Bankside, the inaugural Women in Packaging Excellence Awards brought together leading figures from across the packaging industry to celebrate the incredible women helping to shape the future of the sector and drive positive change across the packaging industry.

Born from a desire to shine a light on the often-underrepresented female talent in packaging, this landmark event recognised not only professional achievement, but also courage, resilience, and lasting impact.

With categories ranging from Rising Star to Industry Champion, the awards honoured both individuals and organisations going above and beyond – breaking down barriers, inspiring others, and championing a more inclusive, innovative, and sustainable packaging industry.

It was an evening filled with powerful stories, unity, and well-deserved celebration – a true reminder of how bright the future can be when everyone has a seat at the table.

The event was the first of its kind and was brilliantly hosted by Olympic gold medallist Sally Gunnell OBE. Sally shared her inspiring journey from the athletics track to the boardroom, where she now works as a keynote speaker, helping businesses understand the vital link between organisational health, performance, and results.

John Pipe International are incredibly proud to have seen Michelle Woodford recognised for her outstanding talent and dedication. Michelle had a fantastic evening celebrating her well-earned achievement.
