Supporting the Armed Forces Covenant

We continue to stand behind the Armed Forces Covenant and encourage businesses to consider signing it. The newsletter explains what the Covenant represents, why it matters, and how supporting serving personnel, veterans and their families aligns with our values at John Pipe International.

People and internal updates

This edition includes a number of team updates, including welcoming David Oliver to the business, recognising Tony Kesby’s retirement after more than 20 years of service, and congratulating Matteo Monteregge on stepping into his new role as Sales Coordinator.

65 years of John Pipe International

December 2026 marks a major milestone as we celebrate 65 years in business. This feature looks ahead to a year of stories, reflections and shared memories, recognising the people, partnerships and values that have shaped the business over more than six decades.

Case study: exporting advanced farm robotics to the USA

We share a detailed case study covering the export of second-hand fruit-picking robots from multiple UK sites to New Jersey. The project involved hazardous lithium-ion batteries and required specialist packing, documentation and logistics planning.

Exhibitions and what’s next

We also look ahead to 2026 exhibitions, including our return to Southern Manufacturing and Electronics, following a successful first appearance in 2025.
